A drive to Paseo Town for some bits.

We took a trip to Paseo Town because I wanted to go to B2S

I needed black paper and some glue for my glue gun.

The busiest places were outside McDonalds and KFC with Grab motorbikes waiting to deliver (Sept 2021).

Inside many place were closed - it was quite creepy!

But Swensen's was open so we got ice creams.

I wonder what they are going to build here?

National Grandparents' Day (1st Sunday in October)

This is something which can be celebrated. Here's a link to Mrs Merry for some ideas.

Wat Prayasuren (Part Three)

Then we found another building.

Here there was a place where people were leaving offerings.

Inside the wall were decorated again.

Outside were the common twisted snakes where
offerings can be left.

Then the decorations reminded me of visiting a Chinese Temple.

But then it was like being in a Buddhist Wat.

And there were more golden Buddha images.

But why was there a telephone kiosk from the UK there?

Certainly a place to visit.

So much to see

So many photographs so I have divided the post into 5 different parts.
This is Part Four.

National Coffee Day (29 September)

I usually have an iced coffee from the street.

Sometimes I do go to Starbucks.

Driving home

After our visit to Theptarin Hospital we drove home and it was through the rain. You usually see small umbrellas on motorbikes for telephones - but this was a big umbrella...

There was some impressive graffiti on some walls.

Or in a building.

Even in the rain they were selling flowers at traffic stops.

Wat Khao Kho Phatthana (Petchabun)

We saw Wat Khao Kho Phatthana in the distance and thought we would go and have a look.

Getting closer we could see the Wat and things that I did not recognise. On writing this I found very little information about this Wat in Petchabun.

There was an amazing dinosaur nearby
- we did not go.

Then we reached the more traditional Wat with Buddha surrounding some of it.

Definitely worth making the effort.
