Maruekhathaiyawan Palace (Hua Hin)

The summer seaside Palace, often referred to as "the palace of love and hope is located midway between Cha-Am and Hua Hin. It was built in 1923 under the royal command of King Rama VI using golden teakwood from the demolished Hat Chao Samran Palace.

We decided to have something to eat. And have a family photo together.

We walked to the end - where the building meets the sea.

The Palace, which is also called “The Palace of Love and Hope”, is made up of three sections connected by long covered walkways. Two long covered corridors connect the Palace with the beach, one from the King’s personal living quarters and one from the women’s section of the Palace.

The views were amazing.
