Wat Dhammamongkol

   

Wat Dhammamongkol is a historical Wat and is also a landmark. But why I am not so sure.

But it was certainly worth going to have a look if you are in the area - unfortunately when we visited there was Covid-19 closure so we could not go everywhere in the Wat.

The first think you notice from the outside is the enormous temple in the middle of the complex.

Then there was a small 'spring' with a buddha in the middle.

Then there was more when you walked around the other side.

What this Chinese Entrance was doing here I do not know?! 

Then there was the enormous Buddha on one side.

And a small one in the tree.
