It was my turn on late night duty and I saw a Thai lady with one of these things.
As I am always ready to try something once - check out the Pisces Spa - I enquired whether the lady (Yok) could show me how it works.
I did and was disappointed - it was fun though. I do not know if you can purchase them in Phuket - the guest purchased her 'head tingler' in Bangkok at the BKK International Gift and Houseware Fair - I could not find the same one on Amazon.
