This is a blog that I used to write with the company in Bangkok - it is no longer written, maybe I will try it again?

Wat Lat Bua Khao (Visit 2)

Wat Lat Bua Khao in Bangkok is a place that we saw as we were taking the boat home.

There was a boat in the temple which if you walked underneath it would bring good luck.

So we did try.

The rest of the Wat had a great deal to look at.

Well worth visiting.

Ramkhamhaeng 76 (Walk 4)

Taking a early stroll in the village and the local area is supposed to be good for me and I think that the doctor is correct. This walk was in November 2021. I took my coffee cup just in case...

Had somebody left their umbrella on the pillar just in case?

The local coffee lady at the top of the Soi is not there in the afternoon.

Food Panda were making their deliveries.

I walked over the bridge - surprised to see so many caffeine bottles discarded here - like alcohol bottles....

There was still a lot of building (November 2021).

The Takeover by Stephen W. Frey

This is a thriller set in the world of high finance about a mergers and acquisitions specialist who finds himself in the middle of a conspiracy involving a huge leveraged buyout that has the potential to topple a presidential administration.

I gave the book 4 out of 5.

Text is from GoodReads.

Wat วัดธัญญะผล (Wat Thanyapon)

Wat Thanyapon was a temple set back from the road - I am glad that we found it.

It is next to a river where you could feed the fish - buying food from the temple.

Then there was the more traditional ornaments and rooms.

Some were very impressive.

Certainly worth visiting.
