Wine Connection (BKK) Visit 1

We have visited Wine Connection in other places in Bangkok but we usually visit the one at Paseo in Ramkamhaeng.

I always order the mixed starter and enjoy the meat selection.

Sometimes Western food is what you want and so far Wine Connection has not failed us - thank you.

Wat Prayasuren (Part Two)

In the centre of Wat Prayasuren is a protected building!

Inside the protected building are pictures of the wall and

at one end there is a golden Buddha.

When you leave the Wat there is a rock with a Chedi on the top of it!

Then I saw steps that went under the actual building.

It seemed to be very busy there.

and then out again - amazing!!

This was something I had not expected to see and I really felt like a tourist because I had not expected this at all!!

Certainly a place to visit.

So much to see
So many photographs so I have divided the post into 5 different parts.
This is Part One.
This is Part Two.
This is Part Three.
This is Part Four.
This is Part Five.

Motorbikes on the wrong side

I think that I have lived here too long to recognise that a motorbike is travelling in the wrong direction on the road.

And the other is travelling in the same direction but on the pavement.

Once Upon a Tree (BKK) Visit 1

Once upon a Tree is somewhere we have visited for a quick coffee but today we decided to stay for some lunch.

We had Traditional Thai food and we were very happy.

Very tasty.

Paddington was having a rest though....

There was a 'Tea Set' which did look very familiar!

Waree Phirom Park (Somewhere to go) (BKK)

We visited this park on the way home one day.

It was deserted!

The bridge was impressive though.

And there was more than one playground.

Maybe this was because of Covid-19?

National Dog Day (August 26)

I was making some things for school and found out what day it was today!
