Tham Khao Luang Cave (Phetchaburi)

I was taken aback when I saw this cave - it was wonderful and  certainly mysterious. 

It is a temple aside a cave and is lit from outside. It was recently in the news with children trapped inside it during a flood.

So there was a walk up a hill and then you came across an entrance...

Words cannot express how wonderful this is to visit.

I would certainly go again.

Wat Thep Leela (Visit 3) Part 1

We had visited Wat Thep Leela previously but I was still taken with the amount of things there and the quality.

And this was just the entrance!

Places to make offerings in the bowls.

I was surprised that when I walked past the cattle they made noises!

Then there were the more traditional blessed trees where offerings could be made.

Then the temple itself was full of more places.

And places where people were laid after they had passed away.

This visit was in January 2022

The street sellers seemed busier today - it was midweek.

The food looked good but I had recently had breakfast.

Thus man is always at the top of the Soi.

It was very sunny - this lady needed an umbrella!

Should I buy a lottery ticket?

FoodPanda were making a delivery.

The gold shop was open (the other was still closed).

Bicycles were everywhere today!?
