Masks for Covid

As I am walking along the Soi today I noticed the number of discarded Face Masks
- are they a health hazard?

A visit to Thepatrin Hospital

We needed to go to
Theptarin Hospital to do a follow up on my sickness - I have nearly been ill for a whole year! The doctor told me that I will know when I was better but he was
unable to tell me time.

I have no idea what they were filming outside
 the hospital ?

Once a teacher always a teacher -
what's the error on the sign?

I wonder where the monk was walking ?

Then it began to rain !!

This looks like coffee being delivered?

There were a great many deliveries to the hospital this morning.

Through the Window - Drive home - No.5

After my first Covid-19 injections at Bumrungrad International Hospital we returned home and still the roads were not busy.

There were far less motorbikes coming home than there were when we drove to the hospital previously.

I wonder what the policeman was doing here.

Some roadside painting again.

A Wat in the distance.

And the airplane graveyard as we got closer to home - here's my visit in 2017.

Bumrungrad International Hospital and Pfizer / Covid-19 injection

My name was down for my first injection against the Covid 19 virus and it was Pfizer and at Bumrungard Hospital.
The journey was busy with motorbikes - have a look.

We parked in their carpark - taking a photo so we did not forget where we did park.

We stood at safe distances in the lift and in the queues.

I saw a nurse very quickly.

And had my injection.

Then I had to wait 30 minutes - in case there were any side effects.

When to wear a mask?

I have previously written about the trendy masks which are for sale in Bangkok at the moment (June 2012).

But how do these workers on the back of a rubbish truck manage?

Special Face Masks for Covid-19

I have spent an enormous amount of time walking up and down the Soi that I live on
(Ramkhamhaeng 76) - specifically to buy coffee.

Today was a little different because some clever person had facemasks for sale.

Not the face masks that I see discarded.

But ones which people might want to wear - I could not decided which one was for me.

If I teach again in September I will have to buy a selection!!
