There were a number of Wats

 in the grounds.

This one was protected...

We went inside

to pay respect.

I used to use this when I managed 

Thai Weddings.

and an entrance.

There is certainly a lot of history here...

and so much to see.

We went inside and paid respect.

Wat King Kaeo - Visit 7 (2/2)

This Wat was by the side of the road and at 

the end of the Soi.

It was very big and well taken care of.

There was something going on whilst we visited.

There was clearly some history to the Wat - I have no idea what this was !

There were a great many gifts

and there was a Buddha footprint with a

 number of coins.

    

There were also a number of Buddha scattered throughout the Wat.

A quiet temple...

I can rub this with my hands and make a noise...

and so much to see...

I wonder who put the decorations on?

More Buddhist ornaments...

Signed slates for the roof.
