'Money for Nothing' is a BBC programme with my parents

This is from my parents in the UK.

'Money for Nothing' is a BBC programme which takes items that other people have disposed of  council refuse collection sites, and which the presenter rescues from With the help of a designer they are turned into desirable items, which are then sold. Any profit made is then returned to the individuals who disposed of the item originally.

We had an old Chest of Drawers in the garage at the flat and decided we would take it to Earlswood tip for recycling. Unbeknown to us that day Jacqui Joseph, a presenter from 'Money for Nothing' was there and she appeared as we were unloading the chest. The video below shows what happened!
