Tim in Thailand
Thailand has so much to see.
Wat Thep Leela Part One (Visit 1)
What an impressive Wat to visit.
It is alongside the khlong which I used to take a
river taxi to work everyday
- when I worked in Bangkok.
Then there were a great number of 'places of rest for people' - taken care of as well.
There were places where a bell could be rung.
The entrance was certainly impressive!
Even the steps were taken care of and shoes were left at the bottom.
There was an impressive Buddha - kept safely behind glass.
Inside was a monk ceremony.
More places to pay respects.
And there were a number of monks in the complex.
