Selling Lottery Tickets from a bicycle

Sitting at the Chong Heng Cafe with a delicious Iced Coffee

 

and a man on a bicycle rides by selling Lottery tickets.

I saw nobody stop him - I wonder whether he sold any whilst I was having my coffee at Chong Heng Cafe.
